At Ettinger, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online process.
Ship Your Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
